Low Carb Pizza Sandwiches Recipe

This was originally designed to be put on top of an English Muffin but seeing how i'm not a slave anymore and dont eat carbs its modified without it.

Ingredients:
- 3lbs ground beef
- one onion chopped fine
- two green peppers chopped
- package of pepperoni, chopped into small pieces
- 15oz of No Sugar Added Pasta Sauce
- can sliced black olives
- can diced tomatoes
- shredded cheese

1. in wok, brown ground beef, when meat is almost done, add the onions and green peppers and cook until they are tender.
2. Add the tomatoes, olives, pasta sauce, and pepperoni and stir well.. cook for a few minutes at medium heat.
3. Spoon a serving into a bowl and top with cheese.. dont be shy with that cheese.
 Going to be about 3 carbs per serving.. if you are going to do a cheat day or cheat meal or want to impress the ladies... toast some English muffin halves, then top with the meat mixture, then the cheese.. but all the carbs are in the muffin.
